A new paper, “Application of Machine Learning for the Low-Cost Prediction of Soot Concentration in a Turbulent Flame” has been accepted for publication in Environmental Science and Pollution Research.

Our group uses state-of-the-art high-performance computing techniques to simulate combustion systems and the pollutants they emit. We’re using numerical analysis to solve problems related to Canadian industry, and the global environment.
Geothermal HVAC has the potential to revolutionize the heating and cooling industry. We’re developing algorithms and commercializing software for the optimization of ground source heat pump design.
